It's been 3 weeks since I ordered the backpack from you, and I still haven't gotten it.

This is one of the prettiest wigs I've come across. The quality and color are just fantastic! I got an orange wig, and it’s super soft and long. Plus, the volume of hair is amazing. I'm really happy with this purchase. Love it! ✨

Regarding the shipping, it took about the time they mentioned. For me, it was around 28 days since I live quite a distance away and the mail can be slow here. But honestly, I’ve got no complaints. The customer service is also fantastic. All in all, I highly recommend this store! (:

I’m totally smitten! I got myself a dress and a wig. The wig is gorgeous, soft, and doesn’t feel like you’re wearing plastic strands on your head. It’s lightweight and comfy. At first, I was shocked when I picked up the dress. It seemed tiny, but when I tried stretching it, I realized it might actually work. And guess what? It did! The fabric is lovely and soft. I adore the details and how light it is! It feels great against the skin and fits like a dream. The price for everything was reasonable, and the shipping time was just what I expected. I totally recommend it!

Fantastic prices

I got myself a wig along with the NM326 Retro Hip hop Heart-shaped Necklace, and they showed up in just about 2 weeks! The wig included a net cap and is in excellent shape; the shine can be easily toned down with a bit of white powder. Plus, it has a clip at the back for adjusting how it sits. Everything I ordered looks just like the pictures! I'm super pleased with my buys, and my package even had a free pink cow scrunchie :) My only gripe is that the necklace feels a bit flimsy, but the design is nice, so I can live with it. I’m definitely planning to shop here again!

This bear turtle neck is super soft inside and keeps you nice and toasty during the winter! It’s a one size fits all deal, and I found it really cozy!

Nibimi really excels in keeping in touch with their customers, and the quality of their apparel is solid and reliable. I can trust the size charts to be spot on, and if I have any other questions, a team member usually gets back to me in a day or two.
One thing to note is that shipping can get a bit pricey based on your location, and many of the styles cater to smaller sizes. These issues are pretty common with Asian indie brands, but Nibimi makes up for it with their fantastic customer support!

I'm giving this a full five stars since the quality of the products matches what you see in the pictures. Plus, I really appreciated how well everything was packaged. That strawberry cup? Super cute, I’m totally in love with it! The earrings looked pretty adorable too. The communication was top-notch, so I highly suggest checking out this store. 🥰
